Employing our Clients

Redwood's Employment Services program is a unique partnership between Redwood and community businesses.  The goal of the program is to help adults with disabilities become more productive members of the community, while helping businesses find dependable, well-trained employees.  Companies around the country are benefiting from the time saving advantages of supported employment.  An extensive job match provides the best match between job duties and an employee.  Your business may qualify to take advantage of the Work Opportunity Tax Credit offered by the federal government to businesses who hire persons with disabilities.  To learn more about this government based incentive call Redwood today 859.331.0880 x 237 or email workforce@redwoodnky.org.
