Special Events

Redwood provides many special events throughout the year to raise both funds and friends. These events are made possible by the generosity of Redwood supporters. Volunteers provide hours of work and expertise to assist staff with the execution of events, as well as bringing in donations to make events even more successful.

Annual Redwood events include: Redwood Express, Redwood Derby, Redwood Golf Outing, Annual Dinner, Rock-out for Redwood, A Bang Bang Night for Redwood, and the Bean Bash (organized by the Boone County Businessmen, Redwood is a beneficiary).

iCamps

Volunteers Needed:

The Computer Learning Center needs volunteers with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowePoint with good grammar, spelling and punctuation, as well as, resume and cover letter knowledge. The students are working on their graduation portfolios. Volunteers are needed primarily Monday-Thursday 9am-11: 30am till July 31.
