Workforce Success

Redwood's Workforce Success division offers a mix of vocational training and employment services to help adults with disabilities prosper through the power of work. Adults learn increasingly complex work and life skills to access jobs and maximize self-sufficiency. Services include Work Activity Center and Employment Services.

Workforce Success works hand in hand with community businesses to provide subcontract jobs, helping teach and develop work skills for the adults at Redwood. At Redwood, individuals are taught a variety of marketable job skills and are paid based on productivity and federal labor laws.
