Barb Hellmann has been the Chief Financial Officer at Redwood since July 2021, and previously held the role of finance manager. When she joined Redwood in November 2015, she immediately went to work with the finance team to implement EDI billing and a new accounting software system, gaining efficiency in processes and accuracy in financial reporting. Barb’s responsibilities include providing strategic leadership for financial performance of the agency, budgeting, financial analysis, cash management, payroll, and audits in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies. Prior to her role at Redwood she served, for 20 years, as the controller at Johnson Controls, Building Efficiency Division, in Erlanger, KY. Barb has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northern Kentucky University.
