Lisha Smith has been a familiar face at Redwood for the last 9 years. She served in various roles, across multiple departments at Redwood, including Direct Service Provider, Team Lead, Volunteer Coordinator, and Training Specialist before settling back home in Adult Day Services. Experiencing Redwood in this way has given her a unique perspective which she brings to her leadership style, vision for growth, and client care. Lisha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Musical Theater/Dance.

What I do: I am the Director of Adult Services at Redwood. I oversee Redwood’s Adult Day Health Care, Vocational Day Training, Community Employment Supports and Pre-ETS programs.

At Redwood, we maintain its most recently completed audits and 990s.
