Easterseals Serving Greater Cincinnati and Redwood School and Rehabilitation Center Sign Letter of Intent to Combine
Easterseals Serving Greater Cincinnati and Redwood School and Rehabilitation Center of Northern Kentucky today announced that a Letter of Intent to combine agencies has been finalized and signed by the leadership of each organization.
The Letter of Intent (LOI) declares the preliminary commitment of each organization to combine. It outlines the terms, timelines, and requirements for each organization.
Reaching the LOI is a significant milestone. Preparing for this milestone has been months in the making and the board and executive teams of both organizations continue to work diligently to ensure combining non-profit agencies is what will be best for our clients, employees, and the community’s future needs.
The combination is not yet final. We anticipate closing toward the end of July.
