Young Adult Transition Program
Adults acquire new skills and increase self-sufficiency during the early adult years. Structured activities allow exploration of personal interests; teach practical living skills; guide positive communication, social interaction, and conflict resolution; and, introduce vocational tasks. Young adults develop responsibility and an awareness of their connection to the community through service-learning projects and community-based training.
This program is accredited through the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
