Hear From the Barth Brothers
After retirement in 2015, brothers Pat and Tom Barth, came to Redwood to pursue fulfilling volunteer opportunities. Since then they have been dedicated volunteers in our Children’s Services department (prior to Covid-19) where they dedicate their time and baby-rocking talents as volunteers in our Nursery rooms. Hear from the brothers as they share their unique story of volunteering!
Children, from birth to age 20, learn and grow through stimulating, educational, and therapeutic programs.
Adult Day Supports programs foster dignity, self-direction, increased independence, and improved quality.
Children and adults improve many skills required for school and daily living through therapeutic services.
Assistive Technology services
With the help of therapists children and adults can identify the most appropriate technology solution to increase independence.
Where it all began
In 1951, a group of parents founded Redwood to provide services for all children with disabilities. Their compassion is reflected today through dedicated staff and volunteers who help people with disabilities thrive.
